I found this photo in my boxes with old photos I haven´t looked in them for years.
All I know is that they are estonians. The man to the right is SS-Standarten Oberjunker and have been awarded the EK II.

Many thanks for the info. Then I know one of the. About Kask there was 4 Kask in 20.SS

1 - Alexander Kask. attached to SS-Vet.Kp.20 (Veterinär) Born 6.1.1913 in Moon (?)
2 - Hugo Kask, Attached to SS-Feld.Ers.Btl.20 Born: Born 9.10.1909 in Dorpat (Tartu)
3 - Johannes Kask - 20.SS-Div. Born: 20.4.1906 in Wohmarshof
4 - Kaljo Kask attached to 10.SS-Art.rgt.20. Born: 29.7.1917 in Reval (Tallinn)

If you know in wich unit Ülo Tähiste served we can probably get which Kask it is.

Many thanks for that. I understand why Germans uses the german names for towns, but for me its a bit of h*** understanding it.

I have now search for which Kask it can be and I haven´t found a photo of Alexander Kask, but Hugo, Johannes and Kailjo are found. And in my opnion is Johannes the best match for the officer to the right in the above mentioned photo, what do you all think?

First photo Kailjo Kask, 2:nd Johannes Kask and the one at the bottom is Hugo Kask.

Nice photo. If my memory serves me right Tähiste served in the Feld.Ers.Btl.20? So most probably the officer is also from the same unit?

Somewhere I have some letters that Tähiste wrote about his service. I can try to see if I can dig it up.
