Редкая ли и сколько стоит? Может это копия или фантазия?

This is a civilian award that was created by Karl-Siegmund Litzmann in 1944 for Estonian public figures. It is a rare piece and we know only some of the honorees. Unfortunately your medal is in poor condition.

Why it is goldplated?

I think that it is original, but as I said in poor condition, someone has removed the original finish or possibly painted the medal.

Somebody painted it probably because it`s made of gray zink alloy that does not like attractive.
