Does anyone have access to or know where one would go to locate information on an Estonian soldier who served in both the German, Russian, and Estonian armies during the war. My laboratory technician for many years was one such person. He migrated to Canada after the war and then to the US. He passed away around 1980. His name was Kalev Susi. WaSt not an option as I am not a relative. Are there Estonian archives?
