Does anyone know any enameled screwback badge produced in Estonia in 1918 - 1919? Is there known examplars? Do such badges exist?

Do you have any background what this badge should represent (stands for)
and what motive is pictured on the badge?

I would like to know - could some juveller produce enameled screwback badges in 1919. And if yes - can I see the sample of his work? Doesn't matter what motive or background.
